After over a decade of personal dedication to fitness, Tara made the leap in 2024 to pursue her passion full-time—and she hasn’t looked back. As a certified personal trainer through NASM, she is currently expanding her expertise in a specialization of Corrective Exercise, Nutrition Coaching, and Performance Enhancement.
The heart behind her training can be summed up in three words: grace, strength, and commitment. "I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all programs. Instead, I take time to truly understand each client’s story—their goals, mindset, and setbacks—because to know someone well is to love someone well."
