Izzy Reckel

Izzy’s passion is to help others reach their goals and become the best version of themselves. Something she has personally struggled with after many years of sports. While competing in sports, working out became more of a chore for her than a way of life. She retrained her brain and attitude in seeing the many health and life benefits that can come from consistency. She has a joy for fitness that is contagious, and she has a way of sharing these benefits of health that are encouraging for her clients. The health perspective changed Izzy’s life not only with the physical benefits of feeling healthier and stronger but also mentally and emotionally aiding in an overall more satisfactory life and she wants to help others feel the same!

She has participated in many sports such as cross country and track, making state each year that she competed. These sports gave her key insights into conditioning the body in an intelligent way. Izzy’s experience and techniques include coaching strength and conditioning, speed and agility, as well as recovery and corrective exercise. She is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and is currently completing her corrective exercise certification. Izzy is a second-year student at UCCS pursuing her degree in economics and finance, which supports her dream of building a personal training practice.
