A NASM-certified personal trainer with additional credentials in behavior change and corrective exercise, Dante specializes in strength training, athletic development, senior fitness, body transformation, and sport-specific conditioning. His approach is science-driven but deeply personal—tailored to each client’s goals, limitations, and lifestyle.

For the past three years, Dante has helped clients—from military veterans reclaiming mobility to everyday individuals shedding weight and pain—unlock lasting transformations.
