Q: WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO PREPARE FOR MY INFRARED SAUNA SESSION?
A: Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! Drink plenty of water before and after your session. We suggest you wear minimal clothing, or feel free to wear your birthday suit! Avoid wearing any lotions or oils before your sauna session. We provide you with towels and a refreshing cool cloth to freshen up after your session. A cool shower after your infrared sauna session is suggested to optimize your benefits.
Q: IS IT TRUE I AM STILL BURNING CALORIES UP TO AN HOUR AFTER MY SESSION?
A: Yes. By increasing your heart rate and core body temperature by three degrees in your session, it could take up to an hour to return to normal. The sauna is best experienced at 110-125 degrees, this low temperature settings is more beneficial than a very high heat temperature. We encourage you to stay active before or after your session if you want to maximize the calorie burn.
Q: HOW OFTEN SHOULD I COME IN?
A: The more the better! Based on your individual health and wellness goals we recommend at least 2-3 times a week. We suggest you try the sauna immediately following your workout/fitness program to experience the best weight loss results. Q: IF I’M GOING AWAY FOR A WHILE CAN I “PAUSE” MY MEMBERSHIP?
A: Yes, If you need to suspend your membership while you are away, please contact FitBody Studio and email email@example.com at least 10 business days prior to your auto-pay billing date and request your account be suspended. Please provide the length of suspension in that message.
Q: HOW LONG IS THE MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT? WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
