Personal Training:
Our goal is to create a positive training experience with sessions that incorporate a balanced training approach to combat postural distortions and achieve your desired fitness outcome. Fitness modalities include Core Stregthening Tools, Free Weight Exercises, Pilates Reformer, Boxing, Ultra Slide, Cable System, Plyometrics, and much more.

Training A La Carte: One Hour Session: $65
Maintenance Programs (Training 2x/Week):
• 6 Weeks (12 Sessions): $58/hour - $696
• 12 Weeks (24 Sessions): $55/hour - $1176
• 24 Weeks (48 Sessions): $52/hour - $2208
Results Programs (Training 3 or more/Week):
• 6 Weeks: $52/hour - $900
• 12 Weeks: $48/hour - $1620
• 24 Weeks: $44/hour - $3024
First Time Special:
Receive 10% off a 12-week Results Program, and receive $10 off a one-hour massage.
All programs include a body fat & fitness test every 6 to 8 weeks.
POLICIES:
Cancellation of Training Program:
Canceling a training package is unavailable unless advised by physician.
Cancellation of Training Session:
The courtesy of a 24-hour notice is required to avoid a cost of training session fee.
Transfer Policy:
Training sessions can be transferred to another participant with advanced notice.
