SMALL GROUP FITNESS
Experience a better workout! Small Group Fitness offers a unique and personal experience at an affordable cost. Similar to a Personal Training session, however you will enjoy getting your sweat on with friends!! Small Group Fitness ensures that you receive the encouragement and coaching needed for a safe, effective workout! Classes are 60 minutes.

F.I.T. (Functional Intense Training)
Strength Training Class: This cross-training workout for full body strengthening. Workouts include performance drills, functional lifts and core power. Join this group to experience an amazing workout every workout!
F.I.T. CARDIOBootcamp Group: This workout is styled after a bootcamp or circuit! The workout will fire up your metabolism and burn stubborn body fat. You will experience energetic and unique exercises created in a sequence that will make you sweat. We take hard science, hard knowledge and hard training to perseverance and develop a hard body. Join this group to experience fun and intense workout!
BLEACHERSCardio Class: A leg workout by way of a stadium staircase! Experience a new way to enjoy sculpting your legs and get great cardio with fun interactive exercises. This class is held in the Colorado College Football Stadium. Join this group to enjoy a beautiful setting and sculpt your legs!
FITYOGAFitYoga combines strength, sweat, breath, and movement to tone every muscle in your body! Cultivate endurance, strength, flexibility, balance, and prevent injury in this challenging power vinyasa style class. Prepare to work hard, sweat and laugh a bunch. Join this group to experience a therapeutic workout in a relaxing environment. Beginner to Intermediate levels welcome.
