KICKBOXING Kick-up your training with mixed martial arts for full body toning! Exercises not only include kickboxing techniques but a full spectrum of mixed martial art techniques. Learn techniques for potential real life situations and get ripped while you’re at it!
COREFIT The CoreCHALLENGE is designed to benefit your body to-the-core. The exercises are focus to strengthen your abs and back, from hips to shoulders. The class will focus on correct form, as well as various timed drills. This is a motivating experience for everyone at any level.
