Basics trains you on fundamental movements to strengthen and tone your body. This class will help you build your foundation of strength and stamina. Classes is designed to slowly push you to build cardio power and muscle.
BodyRock is styled after a traditional bootcamp workout, but is a lot more fun! This workout will fire up your metabolism and burn stubborn body fat. You will experience energetic and unique exercises created in a sequence that will make you sweat. We take hard science, hard knowledge and hard training to perseverance and develop a hard body.
A leg “blaster” by way of a stadium staircase! Experience fancy footwork and test your cardio with interactive exercises. This class is held in the Colorado College Football Stadium.
